E-PROCUREMENT

KKC Professional Services is an e-Procurement Solution Provider to Organizations in the public and private sector. Through our partnership with Biddingo International, we have emerged as a regional leader in online leading solutions both for Organizations and contractors.

In 2010, we launched BOLFYNG, which is one of the first web portal to make accessible to Organizations across the world tender opportunities across Nigeria. Till date, more than 40,000 tenders have been published on BolfyNG. In 2018, we worked with the Lagos State Government to launch the Lagos State Procurement Agency’s e-Procurement system which provides.

OUR MODULES

CONTRACTOR/VENDOR REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

Vendor Management system enables the Agency to use an online vendor registration form (e-Vendor Application) and vendor database, as well as automate many vendor registration procedures. Vendors will be able to register 24/7 using an online form that will be available through the Agency’s Web Portal. Forms are customizable so that the Agency can collect all necessary information, can handle attachments, and can be updated by vendors. The Agency has profile viewing capabilities, can search and filter through the vendor database, and has the option to accept/reject vendor registrations.

E-TENDERING

This module enable the Agency to publish bid notices, including IFBs, RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, etc. The Agency will also be able to invite vendors to bid, track and manage prerequisites to downloading bid documents, distribute bid documents, field questions and answers from vendors, and issue amendments. The Bid Solicitation Management system is integrated with the Vendor Management system, making it easy to notify relevant vendors of bid opportunities.

E-BIDDING

The module enables the Agency to create their bid documents in an interactive format that suppliers can respond to directly online and submit through a secure electronic system, allowing for automatic tabulation and online evaluation. The Agency can also manage a standard document database, including standard terms and conditions, bid form templates, and standard items, which can be used to quickly create bid documents.

E-EVALUATION

This module allows the Agency to perform Bid evaluations that can be as simple as comparing total prices of Bids received, or as complex as applying industry standard evaluation structures like Qualification-Based Evaluation (QBE).

CONTRACT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

This module creates timelines for all Agency contracts to monitor progress, issue change/work orders, and set up alerts to ensure milestones aren’t missed.

E-WORKFLOW AND APPROVAL

  • This module manages workflow management and approval processes in order to ensure transparency.
